A 20 min video to raise awareness amongst all staff of what it means to live with and manage a disability and what kind of support is helpful and welcome. |

Interviews with members of staff with disabilities and their colleagues covering a range of issues including "added value in the workplace", "communication", "adapting the environment" and "adapting behaviour". |

STYLE

Most of the interviews were shot against black to give a simple and elegant look and to focus attention on the participants and not their disabilities. |
